| Volunteers provide the bulk of the SEGULA's
non-educational services, such as in-take, financial services and parent
support. Educational coordinators work to oversee the educational program, work
with the school staff, supervise instructional aides, evaluate progress of the
students and develope in-service and workshops to train all of the teachers.
